We help our drivers get where they want to go because that’s what families do!

Step 1: we work with you to establish what your vision is, and where you want to go professionally and financially. Some may want to eventually own a fleet, some may simply want to drive a truck. Both are excellent ideas!

Step 2: our drivers’ pay rates are based on two elements, base pay and progressive incentives. This pay rate is reviewed quarterly because we know how important it is to make sure our drivers are receiving the best pay in the industry.

Step 3: we have a specific training program to help drivers achieve their goals in the industry. The program can help a driver learn how to drive different trailer types. It can also help a solo driver become a team driver, an owner-operator, a lease-operator, a fleet owner, or an office employee.
