PILLAR 1: WE GROW OUR PEOPLE
FINANCIAL DEVELOPMENT
DVL Express offers a unique pay structure based on minimum base pay and progressive pay incentives. Each month a driver is evaluated based on factors like time with the company, days on the road, safety, fleet, dispatch, and accounting performance. These evaluations can raise the pay by up to $.08 cents per mile.
INDUSTRY INCREASE
DVL Express has its very own unique growth plan so that drivers can move toward their industry goals. No matter what a driver wants to become, we work with them to get them there.
RELATIONSHIPS
We have drivers from over 28 countries driving for us. It’s important that we create an environment where they are comfortable and celebrated.
EDUCATION
We offer an on-boarding course plan with top-level teaching in every area of trucking. We also offer monthly trainings and tailor them specifically to each individual driver.
PILLAR 2: DRIVING FOR A CHANGE
EVERY MILE COUNTS
Cents from every mile driven currently goes towards building an orphanage/school for children in UkraIne We have also participated in planting trees, cleaning the ocean, and much more. Our drivers know that every mile they drive really makes a difference for good in the world!
DESIGNED FOR DRIVERS
We have a lounge room, hotel, on-site gym, laundry, showers, and much more for our drivers and office employees. We want our lot to be like a 2nd home. We also offer a free L.A. Fitness membership all across the country.
INCREASING SUSTAINABILITY
We have ordered several Tesla trucks, and by 2025 our goal is to be predominantly electric. We also designes our entire office building using the newest and most sustainable technologies in an effort to decrease our carbon footprint. We also have a warehouse on-site where we offer consolidation to decrease empty miles.
PILLAR 3: INNOVATION
SOFTWARE
We are always growing and learning. This year we finished the development of our very own software! This system combines TMS, GPS, ELD, Inventory, & more so that our drivers can stay safe & connected.
CONSULTING FOR OTHERS
We offer our expertise to help businesses grow.We have marketing, recruiting, and any other back office help that may be desired. We can also train in any area of trucking.
TRUCKING PERMITS
We help drivers & companies get oversize permits or any other necessary documents to ensure a smooth driving experience.
